To celebrate ‘Einstein Year’ the British Library is proud to release a selection of rare recordings of the celebrated physicist as he talks about his life and work, the Jewish people and the world of science. This CD includes a live recording of the historic fund-raising dinner on behalf of Jewish charities at the Savoy Hotel, London, in 1930 with the speeches made by George Bernard Shaw and Albert Einstein.
